Job Description
Senior Project Manager developing localization solutions and managing client relationships with clients. Leading project teams and ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop localization solutions and workflows
- Work closely with Client Managers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Serve as a mentor to Project Managers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Manage client relationships as a primary point of contact
- Provide feedback and recommendations on processes, procedures, and services
- Monitor quality control procedures for project delivery
- Track projects and report status to management
- Authorize project deliveries to clients
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Word suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Thorough knowledge of project management fundamentals as they apply to the localization industry
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Foreign language skills a plus
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on knowledge of database functions and concepts
- Must be very resourceful, with the ability to work independently
- Must have proven organizational and communication skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship
