Job Description
Lead short-term software development projects while ensuring proper planning and client communication at Coderio. Oversee full project lifecycle with a focus on collaboration and results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team throughout the full lifecycle of one or more assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with scope, execution timelines, and delivery of the developments committed to the client.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and transparency regarding project status.
- Motivate and support the team, fostering a collaborative, empowered, and goal-oriented work environment.
- Identify, assess, and communicate risks, deviations, and changes, as well as their impact on the probability of project success.
- Resolve conflicts and issues, taking care of the relationship between the development team, functional areas, and the business.
- Promote standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement in software development activities.
- Ensure project sustainability and identify opportunities for improvement and value creation for the company.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in roles related to project management.
- Experience leading project teams and managing results, timelines, and quality.
- Experience managing relationships with clients and users, with clear and fluid communication.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Nice to have
- Experience in agile environments and software development projects.
- Technical background that facilitates collaboration with technical leaders and development teams.
- Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders or regulated contexts.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and business value.
