Job Description
Senior Python Developer at ClearRoute responsible for building AI Agents with LangChain and mentoring the development team. Integrating AI solutions with various backend systems and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI Agents using LangChain
- Integrate AI Agents with AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs
- Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs
- Follow standards and practices to ensure the agents can work
Requirements:
- Strong Python development skills with microservices experience
- Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph
- Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge
- Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge
- Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
