Job Description

Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for building and maintaining automation frameworks. Collaborating with teams to ensure software quality through robust testing practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manual test scenarios and define automation priorities based on client needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium.
  • Build and maintain boilerplates and foundational structures for new automation projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Automation QAs, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing automation frameworks and processes.
  • Integrate and maintain automation processes within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Oversee and ensure proper execution of automated test plans and reports.
  • Lead AI-driven QA initiatives, exploring innovative approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage
  • Maintain and optimize automation processes within C# projects and other related environments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • QA Automation: 5–8 years of experience
  • JavaScript / TypeScript: 5–7 years (5 years of hands-on experience)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript for Automation: 3–5 years (3 years of hands-on experience)
  • Playwright / Selenium: 3–5 years (3 years of hands-on experience)
  • .NET (C#): 1–3 years (1 year of hands-on experience)
  • API Automation (Postman, Insomnia, JMeter, etc.): 6 months of experience
  • CI/CD: 1 year of experience
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure / AWS
  • QA Methodologies: BDD, TDD, Test Plans
  • API Automation (Postman, Insomnia, JMeter, etc.): 1 year of experience
  • SQL / Database Testing
  • AI Technologies: Integration with GPT, Claude, Copilot, MCP servers
  • Software Development Experience
  • Version Control: Git / GitHub
  • Project Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Methodologies: SCRUM / AGILE (SCRUM / KANBAN)
  • Containerization: Docker
  • Front-End Basics: HTML / CSS
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Clear and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and strategically oriented approach to problem-solving.
