Job Description
Quality Analyst focusing on Adobe solutions at SysMap, implementing strategies and mentoring junior QA professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure and execute testing strategies (functional, regression, integration, UAT, and others);
- Validate solutions implemented on Adobe platforms, such as:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM);
- Adobe Analytics;
- Adobe Campaign;
- Adobe Target.
- Create and maintain detailed test scenarios and test cases;
- Identify, document and track bugs and non-conformities;
- Collaborate with development, product and business teams;
- Ensure traceability between requirements and tests;
- Perform manual testing and support the evolution towards test automation;
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective);
- Propose continuous improvements to quality processes;
- Support the definition of quality metrics and indicators (KPIs);
- Mentor more junior professionals.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a QA Analyst (Senior level);
- Experience testing in digital environments and web platforms;
- Experience with solutions from the Adobe ecosystem, especially:
- AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Adobe Analytics (validation of tracking, events, tags)
- Adobe Target (A/B testing and personalization)
- Knowledge of test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr);
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST);
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git);
- Analytical skills and critical thinking for identifying issues;
- Experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress or similar);
- Knowledge of tagging tools (Adobe Launch / Google Tag Manager);
- Basic knowledge of performance and load testing (JMeter, k6);
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);
- Adobe platform certifications;
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
