Job Description
Senior Analyst managing TA capacity planning at DoorDash. Overseeing forecasting, funnel performance, and resource linkages across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve monthly TA capacity planning
- Build and maintain 24-month forecasts, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses
- Produce leadership-ready readouts for Director+ stakeholders
- Align on inputs and definitions with Finance
- Diagnose recruiting funnel and production performance
- Embed quality into planning
- Drive operational strategy improvements
- Use modern analytics workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, planning, strategy, or an operations-focused role
- Expert modeler in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Ability to build dashboards in modern BI tools (Sigma or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows
- Ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating as plans change
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a quantitative or math-forward discipline
