Job Description
Junior Product Analyst at Construmarket supporting product development and collaboration with stakeholders. Involves requirement gathering and ensuring delivery of user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering and detail new features, translating user and business needs into clear specifications;
- Manage the squad backlog, actively participating in demand and queue planning and helping to remove impediments;
- Participate in and lead Discovery initiatives (such as user interviews and competitor analysis);
- Be responsible for specification and refinement of deliverables, ensuring clarity on the "what" and the "why" for the team;
- Facilitate and actively participate in ceremonies, acting as the main bridge between product vision, the business and the squad;
- Ensure quality and delivery of real value from requests, validating that features solve the end user's problem;
- Support the definition of success metrics for new features and monitor post-launch data to identify improvement opportunities;
- Collaborate on launch communications, preparing materials and helping to train internal teams on new features;
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders (CS, Sales, Marketing), aligning expectations and collecting continuous feedback;
- Research and propose the adoption of new tools and process optimizations to increase team efficiency;
- Support the adoption of new tools and the application of AI for productivity, both within the product team and across platforms.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Product, Technology or related teams;
- Experience in software development projects or digital platforms;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum;
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication and effective management of multiple demands;
- Proactive, adaptable, flexible profile with a strong desire to learn quickly;
- Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical teams and business areas;
- Interest in or initial experience using AI applied to productivity or solutions;
- Experience writing specifications and user stories;
- Participation in discovery initiatives or user validation activities;
- Experience with product management tools (Azure, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
