Job Description
Junior Identity Consultant implementing identity management systems at large clients. Involves meetings to define identity flows and verify integration effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems at large and medium-sized companies.
- Engagement with clients and project teams, from deployment through testing and acceptance, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participate in the management model with the following responsibilities: creating and documenting blueprints, assembling backlogs, ensuring artifact integrity, and participating in kickoff, closing, daily stand-ups and other ceremonies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level in the following competencies:
- Java: understand code written by others and be able to propose small adjustments and improvements
- Identity Governance: understand access governance rules and policies and be able to model them in IGA systems
- Administration of Identity and Access Management systems from any vendor at an intermediate level (considered a differential)
- SailPoint, intermediate level (considered a differential)
- Delivery-oriented
- Team player
- Proactive approach to learning
- Self-management under pressure and deadlines
- Intermediate English
- Intermediate Spanish (considered a differential)
