Job Description

Senior Regional Sales Director representing investment offerings at Virtus Investment Partners. Responsible for engaging advisors through relationship-building activities and product knowledge in the Texas region.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Virtus as a subject matter expert demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of its mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts
  • Develop new relationships and maintain (evolve) existing relationships with advisors
  • Lead sales initiatives with intermediaries in a defined territory
  • Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to serve assigned intermediaries
  • Conduct sales/product training meetings for assigned territories

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ten or more years of experience with strong sales skills
  • Established relationships within assigned territory and channel
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and energetic with strong project management and selling skills
  • Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 66
