Job Description
Supports financial advisors at Raymond James by providing virtual client service and administrative support. Facilitates client account maintenance and enhances the client experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Financial advisors and their prospective and existing clients and other branch staff team members
- Communicates with assigned advisors proactively on a daily basis
- Manages client account maintenance activities
- Delivers client support including meeting preparation, running reports, and special outreach projects
- Provides high caliber service to clients by responding to inquiries and requests promptly
- Researches complex client situations and communicates with home office departments for timely resolutions
- Assists with prospective clients providing consultation and education regarding the Raymond James and Associates platform
- Coordinates /oversees the transition process for new client transition of accounts
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience
- Branch experience preferred ~or~ An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
- SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied
- Series 7 required
- Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state
- Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required by state
