Job Description
Senior Representative managing inventory and workflow distribution at Cigna with a focus on operational efficiency and performance metrics. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth implementation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing administrative inventory management and workflow distribution
- Monitoring Global Service Partner (GSP) inventory status
- Following up on aged and pended inventory
- Serving as point of contact for inventory-related escalations
- Compiling, analyzing, and distributing inventory reporting
- Supporting inventory reduction plans and initiatives
- Facilitating daily inventory calls with Global Service Partners
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of minimum experience supporting customer service operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to find issues and drive them to resolution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Minimum two years’ experience with software and system-based applications, including databases and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and work independently
- Willingness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Vista and Facets and/or Non Facets Implementation processes strongly preferred
