Job Description
Senior Sales Manager leading and developing a team of field Account Managers in the beauty industry. Responsible for driving sales and maximizing market share across Western US.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and recruit a team of field Account Managers
- Sell & support the full professional salon brand portfolio
- Own headquarter joint business planning for 5 key DBE Accounts
- Increase market share by prospecting and gaining new salon and school doors
- Deliver business targets within a defined budget with existing customers
- Maximize the market’s education capacity
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in outside sales
- 3-5 years of sales team management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong leadership, thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Digitally savvy
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- PowerBI experience preferred
- Strong data management/analytics skills – Power BI experience is a plus
- Up to 50-60% overnight travel in field that can include weekends
- Valid Driver’s License
- Beauty Industry experience
