Job Description

Senior Sales Manager leading and developing a team of field Account Managers in the beauty industry. Responsible for driving sales and maximizing market share across Western US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and recruit a team of field Account Managers
  • Sell & support the full professional salon brand portfolio
  • Own headquarter joint business planning for 5 key DBE Accounts
  • Increase market share by prospecting and gaining new salon and school doors
  • Deliver business targets within a defined budget with existing customers
  • Maximize the market’s education capacity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in outside sales
  • 3-5 years of sales team management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong leadership, thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Digitally savvy
  • Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • PowerBI experience preferred
  • Strong data management/analytics skills – Power BI experience is a plus
  • Up to 50-60% overnight travel in field that can include weekends
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Beauty Industry experience
