Job Description

Senior Sales Manager driving sales strategies for large clients in France at UNICEPTA. Managing relationships and closing deals with significant institutional clients in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for France, focusing on large, global acting brands
  • Support sales activities in Belgium, focusing on EU institutional accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both public and private sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
  • Monitor tenders, framework agreements, and procurement opportunities relevant to the company’s portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and delivery teams to create tailored customer solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM documentation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and strategic business objectives

Requirements:

  • Solid commercial background or a completed degree in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Assertive and results-driven sales professional
  • Proven track record in closing deals and successfully selling complex products and services
  • Comfortable navigating multicultural environments and complex stakeholder structures
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level, building trust with institutional clients
  • Enjoy delivering presentations in a confident and persuasive manner
  • Excellent French and fluent English
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or German considered an advantage
