Job Description
Sales Representative responsible for driving sales in polymer materials market in India, achieving objectives through customer-centric strategies and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for aggressively pursuing sales of products to customers in a geography or market.
- Duties include forecasting and achieving annual objectives for sales, margins and volume growth.
- Position is focused on securing business from prospective and current accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives.
- Expectations include the ability to sell at all levels of management and build relationships that ensure Avient will continue to get the first and last look.
- This individual will interact effectively at the managerial level.
- Ability to function independently with minimal direction based on prior 3-5 years experience and is skilled at customer centric selling approaches and effectively selling the value of our products and services are also keys to success.
- Individual must have the ability to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in:
- Sales knowledge in Polymer materials & Solid color master batches.
- Tactical sales technique
- Strategic selling discipline
- Commercial
- Bachelor of Engineering – Polymer and Chemicals, B.Tech, CIPET or relevant education
- Communication skills
