Job Description
Sales Trainer for Dexcom, developing training programs for sales teams in New Zealand. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in sales coaching and feedback
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs on assigned projects such as onboarding, sales meetings, product launches, training tools and resources impacting the sales organization
- Facilitate in-person or virtual delivery of new hire and advanced sales training programs designed to accelerate core knowledge and skill mastery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, formulate recommendations, update training curriculum, and develop sales training plans and programs
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of coaching skills for sales teams
- Knowledge of territory management, healthcare markets, customers, and trends
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Experienced with adult learning principles and hands-on experience developing sales training
- Organized and efficient at delivering during high volume work cycles
- Willing to travel to support internal client groups and attend meetings
- In-person and virtual facilitation experience and software competency
- Prior experience developing and delivering sales training
- Previous diabetes-related medical and/or pharma sales experience with a track record of sales success
- Language skills; must be able to communicate effectively in English.
