Job Description

Salesforce Administrator managing and customizing the Salesforce platform for business needs. Involves user management, data integrity, reporting, and training in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform management: Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating fields, page layouts, record types, and custom objects;
  • User and security management: Create new users, manage roles, profiles, and permissions, and ensure data security and integrity;
  • Reporting and analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to generate insights and track business goals;
  • Automation: Design and maintain automated processes using tools such as Flow Builder;
  • Support and training: Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests and provide training to ensure proper platform usage;
  • Data quality: Perform data maintenance, including cleansing and duplicate elimination;
  • System updates: Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and features and implement them as needed;
  • Other routine tasks related to the area.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, including user management, configuration, and data security;
  • Strong problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and training users;
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous platform improvement and adherence to best practices;
  • Experience with tools such as Flow Builder, formula fields, and other platform features;
  • Required: Salesforce certification;
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.
  • 🌎 Language: Advanced conversational English (There will be an interview stage in this language).
