Job Description
Senior Business Architect with expertise in Salesforce driving execution of enterprise transformation projects. Collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business, technical, and delivery teams to shape a well‑defined Phase 1 scope
- Drive stakeholder workshops and evaluate design alternatives
- Translate strategic intent into epics, features, and initiatives
- Maintain business architecture artifacts and ensure traceability from objectives to delivery
- Track value realization and adoption
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years in Business Architecture, enterprise transformation, or process improvement
- Proven expertise in discovery/facilitation, current‑state documentation, and future‑state design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how they integrate with adjacent solutions
- Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into a clear roadmap with sequenced initiatives, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
- Experience collaborating with technical/delivery teams
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of aligning executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Familiarity with Agile practices and change‑management principles
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and experience in complex, regulated environments is preferred.
