Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer at Akross, a tech boutique. Working collaboratively to improve processes and deliver projects according to business definitions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborative and participative environment;
- Propose new features and improvements to company processes;
- Deliver projects for operations in accordance with the company's definitions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in:
- Functional and technical aspects of the Salesforce/ Vlocity platform, with a focus on solutions for the Communications sector;
- Service Cloud or Sales Cloud;
- OmniScript;
- DataRaptor;
- Integration Procedures;
- FlexCards;
- Calculation Matrix;
- Calculation Procedures;
- Good communication skills within the team.
- Experience with:
- Multidisciplinary teams;
- Teams organized in squads — agile methodology;
- Trailhead — self-directed learning and development.
- Nice to have / Differentials:
- Knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex;
- Certifications such as OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2, and Administrator;
- Technical English.
