Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer at Akross, a tech boutique. Working collaboratively to improve processes and deliver projects according to business definitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative and participative environment;
  • Propose new features and improvements to company processes;
  • Deliver projects for operations in accordance with the company's definitions.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in:
  • Functional and technical aspects of the Salesforce/ Vlocity platform, with a focus on solutions for the Communications sector;
  • Service Cloud or Sales Cloud;
  • OmniScript;
  • DataRaptor;
  • Integration Procedures;
  • FlexCards;
  • Calculation Matrix;
  • Calculation Procedures;
  • Good communication skills within the team.
  • Experience with:
  • Multidisciplinary teams;
  • Teams organized in squads — agile methodology;
  • Trailhead — self-directed learning and development.
  • Nice to have / Differentials:
  • Knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex;
  • Certifications such as OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2, and Administrator;
  • Technical English.
