Job Description
Sênior SAP ABAP Developer involved in SAP S/4HANA migration and integration projects. Leading design and development of applications and interfaces while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA / Tax Reform;
- Act as an SAP ABAP S/4HANA Consultant, leading the design, development, and implementation of applications and interfaces;
- Develop and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems (tax/legal applications);
- Work with integration technologies such as webMethods, EDI, and SAP PO;
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, consultants, and vendors);
- Coordinate integration deliveries across different projects or workstreams;
- Manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks related to integrations;
- Monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvements;
- Proactively identify risks and define mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with functional areas and business stakeholders;
- Other routine tasks related to the area.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ABAP development in an SAP S/4HANA environment;
- Extensive experience in enterprise system integration (Enterprise Integration);
- Experience with integration tools such as webMethods, EDI, and SAP PO;
- Ability to lead teams without direct authority;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in complex, high-ambiguity, high-pressure environments;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage conducted in English).
