Job Description

Sênior SAP ABAP Developer involved in SAP S/4HANA migration and integration projects. Leading design and development of applications and interfaces while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the migration project to SAP S/4HANA / Tax Reform;
  • Act as an SAP ABAP S/4HANA Consultant, leading the design, development, and implementation of applications and interfaces;
  • Develop and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems (tax/legal applications);
  • Work with integration technologies such as webMethods, EDI, and SAP PO;
  • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, consultants, and vendors);
  • Coordinate integration deliveries across different projects or workstreams;
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks related to integrations;
  • Monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvements;
  • Proactively identify risks and define mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborate with functional areas and business stakeholders;
  • Other routine tasks related to the area.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in ABAP development in an SAP S/4HANA environment;
  • Extensive experience in enterprise system integration (Enterprise Integration);
  • Experience with integration tools such as webMethods, EDI, and SAP PO;
  • Ability to lead teams without direct authority;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience working in complex, high-ambiguity, high-pressure environments;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage conducted in English).
