Job Description
SAP BASIS Lead Consultant managing SAP environments including administration, support, and system performance optimization. Ensures security, compliance, and leads junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver, S/4 HANA
- Monitor system performance, manage workload, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal operation
- Plan and execute SAP software upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Maintain SAP system security, including user administration and compliance with policies
- Lead and mentor junior BASIS consultants, providing technical guidance
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP BASIS experience with understanding of SAP landscapes and architecture
- Strong technical knowledge in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, ECC
- Proven experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and other SAP applications
- Experience leading SAP BASIS projects or teams is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
