Job Description
Specialist in SAP OpenText VIM providing support and evolution for USA operations. Focusing on SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments with global collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve SAP OpenText VIM solutions in a DevOps environment
- Perform incident resolution, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
- Configure and support approval workflows and invoice processing
- Support solution design and functional evolution of the platform
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM projects
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Hands-on experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES)
- Experience with multiple invoice input channels (OCR, email, manual upload and IDocs)
- Strong experience with approval workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA) and expense types
- Experience with automatic derivation of attributes (G/L, cost center), especially for Non-PO scenarios
- Knowledge of processing PO invoices, Non-PO invoices and down payments
- Solid understanding of SAP VIM end-to-end processes
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
