Job Description
Senior SAS Developer migrating BMO US Analytics SAS workloads to Python. Writing and testing SQL, Python, and Linux/Unix jobs for financial-services analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Migrate SAS code and workloads to Python
- Write, test and debug SQL and Python code, including unit tests
- Schedule and run jobs on Linux/Unix with CRON
- Work in Git/GitHub
- Use SAS Enterprise Guide and JupyterHub
- Support BMO US Analytics' migration of analytics workloads from SAS to Python
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience
- Python (Anaconda), SQL and SAS
- Netezza and Redshift
- Linux/Unix and CRON
- Git/GitHub
- Unit testing and debugging
- SAS Enterprise Guide and JupyterHub
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot (nice to have)
Benefits:
