Job Description
Service Designer for Digital Design and Delivery Division (3D) in Alberta government. Collaborate on innovation, research, and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 3D on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects
- Collaborate on research, user story creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution
- Review current services, identify future opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective services
Requirements:
- Experience with service design research and outputs – minimum 2 years
- Experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment – minimum 2 years
- Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing findings – 2 years
- Experience planning, conducting, analyzing findings from, and creating representations – 3 years
- Experience planning, observing, analyzing, and reporting – 1 year
- Experience working as a Service Designer in a cross-functional team to deliver services – 2 years
- Experience working in or for the public sector – 3 years
- Experience working with change management – 2 years
- Experience working as a Service Designer on a project comparable in size and complexity – 2 years
