Job Description
Engenheiro de Software Sênior na Flash, ecossistema de soluções inteligentes para RH e financeiro. Projetando sistemas escaláveis e acelerando entregas com agentes de código de IA.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in business and product discussions, transforming HR and Finance challenges into technical solutions
- Design and evolve scalable, high-performance, and resilient systems
- Apply best practices such as Clean Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and DDD
- Use AI coding agents, such as Codex and Claude Code, to prototype, code, refactor, and accelerate delivery
- Own the full software lifecycle, from conception through deployment, monitoring, and production observability
- Support mid-level and junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, feedback, and the sharing of best practices
- Propose and test new approaches, technologies, and patterns
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design on rituals and continuous learning initiatives
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented/functional programming, design patterns, microservices architecture, and technical trade-off decisions
- Hands-on experience and fluency in the daily use of AI coding agents, such as Codex and similar tools
- Experience supporting and maintaining production systems
- Experience creating and interpreting metrics, alerts, and SLIs/SLOs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive approach to mentoring and helping the team grow
- Ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, ReactJS, NestJS, MongoDB, and relational databases (a plus)
- Experience working in product-led organizations (a plus)
- Experience in the payments market, payment schemes, or financial solutions (a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI/CD, and containerization (a plus)
