Job Description

Senior Territory Sales Manager responsible for managing high-value retail accounts for Tempur Sealy. Driving sales and fostering customer relationships in the bedding industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
  • Be responsible for sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
  • Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans.
  • Coordinate with customers and TSI field sales associates to implement training programs.
  • Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.
  • Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in sales is required.
