Job Description
Fintech Senior UX Designer responsible for creating engaging fintech product designs. Collaborating with teams to define user flows and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user flows, information architecture, and UI aesthetics.
- Design user-centered interfaces that align with the overall product strategy and business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and fintech.
- Mentor junior designers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- In-depth knowledge of usability principles, user research methodologies, and design best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in creating accessible designs that meet WCAG standards is a plus.
