Job Description
Senior Web Support Specialist in a remote role for a growing BPO company managing eCommerce site configurations. Ideal for communicators with eCommerce or marketing backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage platform settings and backend configurations across eCommerce sites.
- Create and set up new products, collections, and categories.
- Conduct thorough site testing and quality assurance to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Prepare and help manage discount codes, credits, and promotional setups.
- Maintain and update site user lists and permission levels.
- Support basic reporting needs and assist with pulling data as directed.
- Performs other task analogues to the foregoing.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Promo industry experience, ideal OR experience in marketing/e-commerce
- A college degree in communications or marketing is ideal.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
