Job Description
SEO & AI Search Manager growing organic traffic and AI citations for an influencer marketing data platform. Owning technical SEO, programmatic content, digital PR, and LLM visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Own SEO strategy and execution end to end across technical, content, and off-page SEO
- Grow 150,000+ monthly organic visits into an acquisition channel driving signups and revenue
- Build and own a measurement framework and live dashboard covering rankings, AI citations, share of voice, and organic signups
- Increase visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
- Track AI-model citations and recommendations using tools such as Profound or Peec, or build internal tooling
- Run digital PR initiatives including reviews, roundups, and data studies
- Expand the programmatic page engine across niches, geographies, and rankings
- Launch and promote free tools to earn links, mentions, and traffic
- Turn proprietary creator data into original content and studies
- Partner with growth, content, and engineering teams
- Use AI tools and agents daily
- Report directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing
Requirements:
- 4+ years in SEO with measurable wins
- Strong technical SEO fundamentals: site architecture, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals
- Experience with programmatic SEO or content at scale
- Demonstrable AI-search work, including content that earned citations, experiments, or increased visibility
- Familiarity with Semrush or Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4 or Amplitude, and WordPress
- B2B SaaS background, ideally data products or APIs
- Digital PR and link-earning experience
- Basic HTML/CSS and technical comfort working with engineers
- Experience building workflows with AI tools and agents
- Strong communication skills
- Full-time preferred; part-time possible for the right person
