Job Description
Remote real estate acquisition consultant buying, valuing, and negotiating homes for House Buyers of America. Conducting seller meetings, due diligence, repair estimates, and closings.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is property values
- Meet with homeowners to present offers
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during the closing process
- Buy homes for House Buyers of America
- Support the company's residential real estate investment activities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Great communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Ability to conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients
- Ability to work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closings
