Job Description
Senior SEO Specialist advancing organic search and AI discovery for Solflare’s Solana self-custody wallet. Driving technical, content, and off-page SEO growth across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Solflare's SEO strategy
- Build on the existing SEO foundation, identify growth opportunities, and create an actionable roadmap
- Improve rankings, qualified organic traffic, and visibility across global markets
- Lead technical SEO initiatives involving crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and website performance
- Optimize visibility in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery platforms
- Shape content SEO strategy for landing pages, product pages, and editorial content around search intent
- Strengthen domain authority, backlink quality, and competitive positioning through off-page SEO
- Improve product discoverability for Solflare's browser extension and other product discovery channels
- Monitor performance, convert data into actionable insights, and refine priorities based on impact
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to implement SEO improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth in competitive markets
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing and measuring results
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and large-scale website optimization
- Solid experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics and auditing platforms
- Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO) and interest in evolving search behavior and discovery
- Data-driven approach with ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact
- Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English
- Nice to have: Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or another highly competitive digital industry
- Nice to have: Experience optimizing websites with many dynamically generated pages
- Nice to have: Experience with international or multilingual SEO
- Nice to have: Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) or Chrome Web Store discoverability
