Job Description

Service Solutions Sales Manager driving revenue and customer satisfaction for Hyster-Yale's industrial solutions. Engaging extensively with Major Accounts to develop tailored service solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel 75% of the time to engage with Major Account customers
  • Identify and pursue target accounts to maintain a flow of qualified opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans tailored to customer needs
  • Implement sales strategies to meet annual goals
  • Conduct fleet application surveys to support RFP submissions
  • Communicate customer expectations clearly and design profitable service solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA a plus
  • At least 7 years’ relevant business experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment or materials handling sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fleet management principles
  • Proven success in solution-based selling and pipeline management
  • Exceptional ability to present solutions and value to stakeholders
  • Ability to assess customer operations and develop tailored solutions
  • Advanced PC skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
