Job Description
Service Technician installing and maintaining Nordson precision dispensing systems in Spain. Collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical integrity of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- You install and commission Nordson equipment at customer sites
- You carry out preventive maintenance and repair Nordson equipment when required
- You troubleshoot technical issues and analyse faults within the customer’s production process
- You provide user instructions and training on our systems and applications
- You work closely with the After Market team, Sales, and Customer Project Engineers to identify opportunities for the sale of equipment, spare parts, and maintenance contracts
- You are someone who strengthens our close‑to‑customer approach by fostering deep, long‑term partnerships — acting as a true partner rather than a supplier.
Requirements:
- A degree in mechatronics or electronics plus mechanical experience.
- A certificate in working with high voltage/wiring is required
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems is desirable.
- You are also familiar with interpreting technical drawings.
- You hold a valid driver’s license.
- You have knowledge of MS Office.
- You speak fluent Swedish and English.
- Knowledge of German, Danish, and/or Norwegian would be an advantage.
