Job Description
ServiceNow CLM Consultant implementing and supporting contract lifecycle solutions for Muller’s Solutions. Configuring workflows, integrations, migrations, testing, and banking-sector deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
- Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM
- Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with data migration and testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certification is a plus
