Job Description
Shopfloor Team Member supporting The Warehouse Group’s retail operations in Waipapa. Restocking shelves, serving customers, cleaning stores, and fulfilling online orders.
Responsibilities:
- Restock shelves.
- Clean areas of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Efficiently pick and pack online orders where the store has an online fulfillment function.
- Follow picking shelf processes correctly to maximize shelf availability.
- Contribute to sustainability and local public good initiatives.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.
- Able to undertake some heavy lifting.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment.
