Job Description
Site Engineer providing comprehensive support for account operations at Solenis. Collaborating closely with sales management and engaging proactively at customer sites to ensure chemical safety and efficacy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for account operations, ensuring effective, economical, and safe utilization of chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with sales management to develop and execute chemical programs.
- Communicate with sales management regarding account activities.
- Conduct necessary testing at the account to verify the safety and efficacy of treatment programs.
- Engage proactively at customer sites to promptly address concerns and collaborate with sales and customer teams.
- Data analysis plays a crucial role in evaluating program performance.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred)
- 1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)
- Documented results making process improvements, solving complex and non-routine technical problems
- Project management experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral with multiple organizational levels
- Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
- Ability to work with autonomy
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
