Job Description
Site Reliability Engineer ensuring availability, performance, and scalability of digital services for ICT Digital Solutions. Collaborating with development teams for optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of digital platforms and services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions for monitoring, troubleshooting, and scaling systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks as well as continuously improve the infrastructure.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure applications are designed for optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in managing and scaling cloud infrastructures, ideally with experience in AWS or Azure
- Good knowledge in configuring and managing Linux and/or Windows servers
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
- Team player with business-fluent communication skills in German and English.
