Job Description
Site Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects for Archmill Solutions. Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget for high-end renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.
- Monitor work progress and quality.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress.
- Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve problems during construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience in constructability analysis.
- High sense of urgency and adaptability.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
- Must have a valid passport.
