Job Description
Social Media Manager scaling Instagram, YouTube and TikTok for Yunicorn’s Trading- und Finance-Personal-Brands. Driving measurable growth through content strategy, analytics and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize the content calendar
- Design campaigns, recurring series, and scalable content formats
- Analyze performance data and derive specific optimization measures
- Conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats
- Identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas
- Work closely with the Video Editor and strategically direct content production
- Develop engagement and community strategies
- Define clear growth targets and track progress toward achieving them
- Take responsibility for expanding social media into a measurable growth channel for personal brands in the trading and finance sectors
Requirements:
- Demonstrable success in social media management, ideally in the educational, trading, or finance sectors
- Growth mindset with a focus on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability
- Strategic understanding of the algorithms behind Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics
- Ability to develop viral ideas with a clear strategic objective
- Independent, organized, and responsible approach to work
- Basic knowledge of trading and financial markets
- Willingness to base decisions on performance metrics
- Ability to independently manage social media channels
