Job Description
Software Engineer focusing on AI/ML solutions for healthcare operations. Developing multi-agent systems and refining pipelines while ensuring observability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems
- Build and refine RAG pipelines
- Implement LLM solutions in production
- Ensure full observability of the agents
- Apply advanced prompt engineering and anti-hallucination techniques
- Manage the MLOps lifecycle
- Document and share learnings about new technologies
- Work closely with the engineering team
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Software Engineering
- Deep proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs
- Proficiency with agent orchestration and RAG frameworks
- MLOps mindset
- Knowledge of vector databases
- Analytical and detail-oriented
