Job Description
Applied AI Engagement Manager at Taktile ensuring enterprise customers unlock value from AI-driven decision-making. Guiding implementations and driving sustained business impact across sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.
- Collaborate across Taktile’s Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as with external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and sustained impact.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership in various situations.
- A technical foundation and can clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, especially in the context of applied AI.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
