Job Description
Software Engineer III at Dafiti leading back-end development with Golang for marketing systems. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality and performance of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of back-end solutions, with a focus on Golang, for retention systems, CRM, marketing campaigns and personalization;
- Design and implement scalable, secure and resilient architectures;
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring other engineers on the team;
- Actively participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of integrations with cloud platforms (AWS) and marketing tools;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, marketing, data) to ensure deliveries aligned with business objectives;
- Identify, analyze and resolve complex technical problems, proposing innovative solutions;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes by suggesting and implementing best practices and new technologies;
- Participate in all stages of the development process: requirements gathering, planning, development, testing and deployment;
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices in software development and promote knowledge sharing within the team;
- Ensure the quality, performance and security of the solutions developed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Solid experience in development, particularly with Golang;
- Experience in system architecture, API integration and scalable solutions;
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices, deployment automation and infrastructure as code (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud);
- Experience in personalization, machine learning or product recommendation projects;
- Clear communication skills, teamwork, technical leadership and proactivity;
- Ability to act as a technical reference, spreading best practices and contributing to the team's growth.
