Job Description
Solution Architect leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail transformation programs. Responsible for architecture, design, and delivery for retail, finance, and SCM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of retail transformation programs
- Translate business strategy and retail operating models into Dynamics 365 solutions
- Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Define target architecture , solution blueprints, and design principles
- Lead fit‑to‑standard vs customization decisions
- Design multi‑company, multi‑country retail solutions
- Enable omnichannel retail scenarios such as BOPIS, BORIS, BOSS
- Architect resilient store solutions for intermittent connectivity
- Define enterprise‑grade integration architecture
Requirements:
- 10+ years of ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect / Lead Architect role
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail
- Proven experience delivering retail or FMCG transformation programs
- Strong understanding of retail business processes (stores, POS, pricing, promotions, inventory)
- Deep knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles
- Strong SCM knowledge including warehousing, replenishment, and logistics
- Experience with multi‑country / multi‑legal‑entity deployments
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and performance considerations.
