Job Description
Operations Lead managing Sol initiatives, focusing on optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Requires extensive experience in operations and public health management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations for Sol initiatives, programs, or product lines
- Lead daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Optimize tools, workflows, and automation systems
- Standardize reporting structures and documentation
- Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team development
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations or business management
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Lean / Six Sigma or PMP certification
- Experience with ERP/CRM system
- Minimum of two(2) years of experience with public health in the public sector government
- Minimum of five(5) years of experience on a public health system as a sol operations lead.
