Job Description
Director of Operational Excellence leading strategic programs to enhance operations at IKS Health. Focusing on financial performance and operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Move beyond high-level observations to identify root causes of operational friction
- Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans
- Lead high-stakes transformational initiatives
- Own the 'Go-To-Green' (GTG) process for at-risk clients
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions
- Navigate complex people dynamics to negotiate and drive change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy in the healthcare sector
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer-provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
