Job Description
Head of Operations at Advantage HQ responsible for building operational systems and ensuring client delivery. Leading multiple functions including finance and talent management in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the operating system of Advantage HQ
- Ensure client delivery teams execute on time, every time
- Lead operational excellence across Finance
- Build systems that improve employee experience while maintaining high standards and accountability
- Ensure every department works together effectively
- Serve as the CEO's strategic partner on execution and operational scaling
Requirements:
- 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company
- Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations
- Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth
- Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management
- Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance client outcomes with operational efficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Highly analytical with a bias toward action and ownership
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change
