Job Description

Head of Operations at Advantage HQ responsible for building operational systems and ensuring client delivery. Leading multiple functions including finance and talent management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the operating system of Advantage HQ
  • Ensure client delivery teams execute on time, every time
  • Lead operational excellence across Finance
  • Build systems that improve employee experience while maintaining high standards and accountability
  • Ensure every department works together effectively
  • Serve as the CEO's strategic partner on execution and operational scaling

Requirements:

  • 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company
  • Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations
  • Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth
  • Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance client outcomes with operational efficiency
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Highly analytical with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change
