Job Description

Operations Analyst supporting FDA-related government contracts. Involved in strategic planning, analysis, and management of operations remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tasks in the areas of adaptive strategic planning and governance
  • Provide program and project management consultative services for the FDA
  • Analyze client data, information, and processes
  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods for analysis and assessments
  • Conduct studies on specific trends and business programs
  • Make recommendations based on findings and research
  • Assist in developing cost price estimates, performance metrics, and risk assessments
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of payouts
  • Audit and reconcile commission reports against performance metrics

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience as a business and/or operations analyst
  • Ability to undergo a basic background check for suitability
  • Government agency or contract experience (preferred)
