Job Description
Solutions Architect serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor for Lakeside Software. Partnering with IT and digital workplace leaders to enhance productivity and technology use.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to design and present SysTrack solutions aligned to customer objectives.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business challenges, and success criteria.
- Deliver product demonstrations, architecture reviews, and proof of value engagements tailored to enterprise customer use cases.
- Design scalable, secure solution architectures that align with customer infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements.
- Support pilots and evaluations, including configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, engaging with stakeholders across IT operations, digital workplace, security, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on customer requirements, competitive insights, and market trends.
- Support enablement of partners and internal teams through technical training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or technical consulting role within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of endpoint technologies, Windows environments, virtual desktops, application performance, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience engaging at multiple levels of an organization, including senior IT leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
