Job Description
Solutions Consultant embodying a blend of business savvy and technical expertise at New Relic. Supporting sales with customer solutions and driving product direction while optimizing digital applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity.
- Develop deep expertise in New Relic products and services to provide customer-specific value propositions highlighting the benefits and differentiators of our products.
- Identify and resolve critical business/technical issues.
- Take technical ownership of the entire sales cycle and drive it to a successful close.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in pre-sales experience and/or similar capacities.
- A high degree of knowledge around common programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and project management skills.
- Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- A good balance of sales, business, and technical expertise.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar.
