Job Description
Solutions Designer facilitating value generation from clinical research products. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and managing requirements for service improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the generation of value from products and services for customers
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholder groups and look for opportunities to drive efficiency and value
- Create and maintain meticulous documentation
- Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes
- Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions
- Describe users’ goals and tasks and the environment within which the system, product or service will be used
- Implement stakeholder engagement/communications plan
- Analyze and design business processes; identifying alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation
Requirements:
- Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
- Solid experience of using relevant analytical computer languages (such as R, Python, SQL)
- Solid professional experience in the same or very similar role
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modelling using appropriate industry standards and/or other BA methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience in Scope Management
- Awareness of best practice within business analysis domain, BA Professional qualifications
- Process Modelling using standards such as BPMN
- Knowledge of and experience Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of and experience Root Cause Analysis
