Job Description
Solutions Engineer partnering with Sales to bridge technical and business conversations in a global SaaS company. Delivering demos and supporting customer needs for successful deal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives through discovery and technical validation
- Assist in delivering tailored product demonstrations
- Help articulate technical capabilities and business value
- Contribute to solution design aligned to customer needs
- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validation
- Assist with RFP responses and technical documentation
- Gather and share customer requirements and feedback
- Support communication between customers and Product/Engineering
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar)
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a Solutions Engineering career path
